Motormaniac ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use motormaniac.co or the Motor Maniac app, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and the items you purchased. Payment details are processed by our payment partner and never stored on our servers.
• Account data: your email address for sign-in, plus an optional display name, handle, city and avatar you choose to provide.
• Content you create: reels, product listings and comments you post in the app, with the time posted and your user id.
• Technical data: standard logs needed to run the service, such as error diagnostics. We do not track you across other apps or websites and do not use advertising identifiers.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfil orders, send shipping updates, run your account and community features, and keep the community safe by processing reports and blocks. If you opt in, we email you about new releases. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can delete your app account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and content. You can also request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailingmotormaniacstudio@gmail.com.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
